I have been involved in Commercial Real Estate for the past 25 years. An experienced expert in the art of putting the right property with the right party. Loves a challenge and works hard to achieve the task placed in front of her.
My passion is navigating the complexities an putting together a commercial real estate project.
I came from managing a law office that specialized in complex litigation issues.
Her past training disciplines complement the maze of issues that come up when putting a commercial property on the market or finding the right place for an investor, corporate client, hotel owner, apartment investor and development acreage.
Her real estate carrier began in 1991 and has been a full time active agent ever since.
Primary Specialties: Commercial Real Estate, Industrial Space, Hotel Motel, Medical, Multifamily Apartments and Mobile home parks.
Secondary Specialties: Residential existing homes, New Construction and Land.
